Combines well with meadowsweet and liquorice for gastritis. Mix with lady's mantle for heavy periods and to normalise the menstrual cycle. Use with Echinacea and Lapacho for boosting the immune system. Combines with dandelion leaf and clivers as a cleansing tea. Take with oats taw as a healing and convalescing tea after surgery.
Directions for Use
One to two teaspoons to one cup of boiling water. Brew for 10 minutes, strain and drink up to three times daily.

Avoid during pregnancy and lactation.
